To properly take care of you tan for best results, make sure to do the following:
Always shave + exfoliate at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Do not come to the appointment with anything on your skin. Even moisturizer creates a barrier for the tan.
When you first shower off your tan, do not use soap.
Do not exfoliate or scrub your skin after your appointment.
Moisturize daily to keep your skin hydrated, and to prevent patchiness.

The tan is at its peak 2 days after your tanning appointment. The solution keeps delevoping on your skin for 24 hours after your appointment (even after your shower!), so for the best looking tan, 2 days before an event is key.
