Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours, so we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment(s) will be charged to the credit card on file. “No-shows” will incur a charge of 100% of the total service cost.

No Exceptions to Cancellation Fee
Please note that under no circumstances will the cancellation fee be waived without 24 hours' notice. This includes situations involving weather, illness, or emergencies, as we have reserved this time specifically for you. However, if you reschedule your appointment at the time of cancellation, the 50% cancellation fee will be waived.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time. If this is not feasible, or if the appointment time has elapsed, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a “no-show,” subject to the applicable charges.

General Policies

What is the return policy on a product once opened?

Once opened we cannot refund or exchange products; unless you have an allergic reaction then we can make an exception to exchange or refund the product.

Online Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased online under the tab “book an appointment” where you can input your code found on the gift card to proceed in booking an appointment with us.

Bringing babies or children to your appointment

We kindly ask you to avoid bringing children or babies to your appointment as our space is small and can cause a safety issue. We do not perform any of our services offered on children under the age of 16. Children 16 + years of age must have parental consent to have any of our services performed.

Early Arrival to your appointment

We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as we do not have a waiting room. You can walk in at your scheduled appointment time.

Photographing Service Results

If you wish to not have your photograph used for social media or marketing or would rather have parts of your face covered in the photos for social media purposes, please specify that would not like us to use your photographs when asked by your esthetician during your appointment. We will respect your wishes.
