Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, to ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in effect:
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the total service fee.
Important To Note
Cancellations and reschedules must be made during business hours (Monday-Friday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm. Requests submitted outside of these hours including weekends, will not be considered sufficient notice.
Missed appointments “no-shows” will also be charged 100% of the total service fee.
All cancellation charges must be paid before booking your next appointment.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. I greatly appreciate your understanding as this policy allows me to provide the best possible service and availability for all my clients.

General Policies
What is the return policy on a product once opened?
Once opened we cannot refund or exchange products; unless you have an allergic reaction then we can make an exception to exchange or refund the product.
Online Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased online under the tab “book an appointment” where you can input your code found on the gift card to proceed in booking an appointment with us.
Bringing babies or children to your appointment
We kindly ask you to avoid bringing children or babies to your appointment as our space is small and can cause a safety issue. We do not perform any of our services offered on children under the age of 16. Children 16 + years of age must have parental consent to have any of our services performed.
Early Arrival to your appointment
We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as we do not have a waiting room. You can walk in at your scheduled appointment time.
Photographing Service Results
If you wish to not have your photograph used for social media or marketing or would rather have parts of your face covered in the photos for social media purposes, please specify that would not like us to use your photographs when asked by your esthetician during your appointment. We will respect your wishes.
