24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy

We kindly ask to provide cancellation/rescheduling notice of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise 50% of the total appointment(s) scheduled that day will be charged to the credit card on file. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Please give us a call at 705-293-7888 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Alternatively, you can use the link in your confirmation or reminder email.

15+ minutes or more late

If you are 15 minutes+ late for your scheduled appointment, we will modify and provide the service for which the time remaining allows. If this is not possible, or your scheduled time has elapsed, we will have to reschedule your appointment and this will be considered a “no-show appointment”.

What is the return policy on a product once opened?

Once opened we cannot refund or exchange products; unless you have an allergic reaction then we can make an exception to exchange or refund the product.

Online Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased online under the tab “book an appointment” where you can input your code found on the gift card to proceed in booking an appointment with us.

Bringing babies or children to your appointment

We kindly ask you to avoid bringing children or babies to your appointment as our space is small and can cause a safety issue. We do not perform any of our services offered on children under the age of 16. Children 16 + years of age must have parental consent to have any of our services performed.

Early Arrival to your appointment

We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as we do not have a waiting room. You can walk in at your scheduled appointment time.

Photographing Service Results

If you wish to not have your photograph used for social media or marketing or would rather have parts of your face covered in the photos for social media purposes, please specify that would not like us to use your photographs when asked by your esthetician during your appointment. We will respect your wishes.
